African Diaspora Union/AFRIDU is a Civil Society and Pan African Organization seeking reparative justice and fighting for the citizenship rights of the victims of Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and the welfare of the African Descendants willing to return back to their motherland Africa; and to promote the African culture and heritage, while encouraging the African Descendants towards bringing developmental projects to Africa.
AFRIDU represents African people and the descendants of African people to achieve redemption and restoration; and upon the establishment under the Diaspora/ Assembly/AU/Decl (I) 2012, and the UN resolution 68/237 of 23 December 2013, by which it proclaimed the International Decade for People of African Descent (A/RES/69/16).
